SMITHVILLE, W.Va. – John K. Roberts, 26, Smithville, was charged with three counts of receiving stolen property after Sr. Tpr. J. T. Blevins, West Virginia State Police, found vehicles in his possession which had been reported stolen.
HARRISVILLE, W.Va. – Jennifer R. Moersen, 38, Harrisville, was charged with second-offense driving revoked for DUI, expired MVI and expired registration after a traffic stop.
